Stone & Standing-Seam Residence

石材与立缝金属宅邸

A two-story family home that opens with a stone plinth, warm grey board-and-batten, and a disciplined standing-seam roof. The western elevation folds back to capture a long sunset view; stone returns on the entry tower to read as a single, calm mass.

Three-Story Coastal Residence

三层海岸宅邸

Three floors of living stacked into a compact footprint: stucco and vertical cladding in soft greys, a covered rooftop terrace, and full-height window walls that open the living floor to the horizon. The rear garden side carries the same language forward — stucco, vertical panel accents, and a full-width upper balcony addressing the private yard.

Corner-Massing Residence

转角体量宅邸

Two studies of one family home: a pair of interlocking volumes clad in contrasting greys, meeting at a glass entry seam. An angled upper roof cantilevers over a covered balcony while the stone-faced ground floor reads as a quiet plinth. Mixed cladding — smooth stucco, horizontal lap, vertical accents — defines each mass while a continuous parapet ties the composition back together.

§ 02 / Master Plan

A new neighborhood, seven homes at a time.

Master-planned single-family rows: shared material language, varied massing, individually permitted and built. Curb appeal is a neighborhood, not a house.

Single-Family Neighborhood

新社区 · 单家庭住宅群

Seven homes on a quiet residential street, each with its own massing and cladding choice, unified by a shared roof vocabulary and a consistent setback rhythm. Designed to read as a block, not a tract.

§ 03 / Multi-Unit

Hillside townhome rows.

Stepped massing follows the grade; concrete plinths, corten accents, and standing-seam peaks give each unit a distinct roofline while holding the row together.

Hillside Townhome Row

山地联排住宅

Six-unit row on a sloped site. Concrete and corten steel base, warm cedar accents above, and a gently pitched standing-seam roof that rises with each unit. Each home holds a private front terrace and a rear garden window.

§ 04 / Interiors

Interiors, finished.

Calm palettes, wide-plank white oak, stone bath slabs, and sculpted timber stairs. Interior work is delivered alongside the architecture — one team, one language.
