The ZZA design guide provides public service information and editable consultation drafts for individual homes, residential developments, commercial spaces and ADUs.
The purpose and limits of this guide.
Usage terms for ZZA public design guidance and project-preparation tools. Updated October 3, 2026.

A clear scope. A useful next step.
AI output supports an initial discussion. Project acceptance, professional roles, deliverables, fees and timing are separately confirmed by ZZA and the client. Tool output is not a contract, binding quote, permit decision or professional sign-off.
Current tools only read public information and generate drafts. They cannot submit consultations, book appointments, take payments, upload files or read client records. A consultation and team notification are created only after the user confirms and submits the website form.
Do not send names, contact details, exact addresses, identity documents, bank information or client files to the public AI tools. Do not try to access other people's information or disrupt the service. Website form information is handled under the privacy notice; your AI platform has its own rules.
Public tools may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, capacity limits or platform review. For support and privacy requests, contact annie.wu@zzastudio.com.
Compatibility with OpenAI, Muse or other platforms does not imply their endorsement of ZZA. Commercial service contracts, payments and refunds are not handled by this tool.
